Richardson Projects have a dedicated customer care team which is responsible for responding to any reported defects within the properties we have been working on. Our contracts always incorporate a 6 or 12 month defect liability period, which commences from the day we hand over a property.
A defect can be described as work which has been carried out by Richardson Projects which has later become defective after the handover of the property. This can be relating to materials or workmanship.
If you are a resident, you should report a defect to your landlord or call the number in your resident handbook between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you are a client, you may decide to have defects reported directly to you so you can keep control of this process.
Once a defect has been reported to us, we endeavour to ensure that the appropriate subcontractor or directly employed operative will be instructed to attend the property in question.
