Richardson Projects is an established building contractor and property developer specialising in the refurbishment and construction of affordable housing and other public sector properties for people who need them. The company was established in 1983 by Managing Director, Alan Richardson following an extensive career with major corporations within the construction industry. Our core business is the provision of construction services to Housing Association & Local Authority clients.
The company operates throughout the North West and Yorkshire regions of the UK and has over 380 staff and operatives. Our Head Office is located in Rochdale and covers the following areas: Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside and North Derbyshire. The company has also recently opened a regional office to facilitate the Merseyside area whilst the Yorkshire division is based in Leeds and covers the entire Yorkshire area.
The company also operates a property development division known as Richardson Homes whose main focus is the construction of new build properties for private sale. Richardson Homes also work in partnership with Richardson Projects and our public sector clients to provide mixed tenure developments.
Richardson Projects has earned a positive reputation for working in partnership with our clients on all types of work undertaken including design & build, traditional contracts as well as partnering and framework arrangements. We are committed to completing projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality to meet client expectations. Our strong cash flow control and sound financial base enables us to undertake individual contracts from £500k to in excess of £10m.
