Our involvement in a framework arrangement, entails working within a network of other contractors, subcontractors and suppliers with the ultimate goal of satisfying client and resident needs.
Our experience of working collaboratively, since the company’s inception, has helped us understand the importance of working with clients from the very early stages of any project such as at budget or design stage. This ensures that every project we undertake is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard, thus helping to secure future work with that particular client and other stakeholders. Richardson Projects are advocates of an “in principle” agreement prior to undertaking a project which should outline the main objectives of the framework team in a clear statement.
