Innovation
The company have inwardly invested in a range of innovative methods of working which not only enhances the company’s performance but also improves the communities where we operate. Modern Methods of Construction (MMC’s) have been trialled and utilised on a number of schemes resulting in cost and timescale reductions. MMC’s have also helped preserve the environment in line with client and Government initiatives.
Other areas of innovation have included investment in a new IT network and secure server, a new CD/DVD burner producing multiple discs for our Estimating department reducing our postage costs and several staff incentive programmes such as highlighting land availability or referring potential employees for the company.
