Our successful track record has seen us construct over 300 properties in 2006 alone, which is set to increase year on year.

Our current knowledge of industry requirements such as Building and Planning Regulations, Scheme Development Standards, Secured by Design and NHBC standards to name but a few, have enabled us to offer sound advice to clients, consultants and other stakeholders to help ensure contracts remain within their budget and deadline.

With any new build project, we offer a dedicated aftercare service which is second to none. Our Customer Support Services team provides 24 hour callout during our defects liability period and works in conjunction with our domestic subcontractors to resolve resident and client issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
