Our promise is to ensure our residents receive a first class service from us before, during and after any work carried out on your home. We are committed to working in partnership with your landlord to ensure that they achieve ‘decent homes standards’ by 2010. This is a Government initiative and it may affect your home in the very near future. What this means is that your home must reach the Government’s criteria for what constitutes ‘decent homes standard’ such as general living conditions, heating and lighting, insulation, kitchens and bathrooms and security etc

You will be contacted by your landlord to inform you if your home needs internal or external improvements so that it does achieve the required standards however if you want to find out more information please visit this website www.communities.gov.uk

When we are refurbishing occupied properties, we liaise directly with our residents through a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) who is based at the site office. Our RLO is your main point of contact for any issues you may have about the work we are carrying out on your home.
