  • Leave M62 at Jcn 20
  • Take first exit onto A627 (M)
  • At traffic lights keep left (flow lane)
  • At the roundabout (Tesco) take third exit onto  Manchester Road following town centre signs
  • At major traffic lights (Asda) take first left A6060
  • Go straight ahead at next lights onto Mellor Street
  • Straight through next lights crossing Bury Road
  • At mini roundabout take first left onto Bridgefold Road
  • After approx 500 yards, arrive at Richardson Projects on the left hand side
