Thank you very much to all concerned for giving me the pleasure of a new kitchen, bathroom, central heating and rewiring which have been done so professionally by Richardson Projects and to the highest standards. Each trade person gave great thought to how their own tasks would affect me. I have had trust in all the workmen from labourers to the professional trade persons. They have all done a good job and have been pleasant and trustworthy.

The two site managers that I have met on several occasions have been very helpful and dealt with all my concerns whether in person or over the telephone and nothing was too much trouble and they would see to things however large or small. You don’t often come across conscientious people these days which is why I am so pleased with all I have had done.

I can’t thank you all enough.

May I take this opportunity to thank you all for the new kitchen which has been installed in my house. Throughout, I have found the workmanship to be well carried out and your workers have been most helpful.

On behalf of myself and my husband, I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Mark Norcliffe Site Manager and his team for all their hard work on the refit of my kitchen.

During the time they were in my house their understanding, patience and commitment to their work was tremendous as both myself and my husband are of ill health and considering that my old kitchen had to be completely ripped out, there was hardly any mess whatsoever.

It is only with their support, that I have got my kitchen fitted out to suit both our needs.
