Richardson Projects can offer bespoke working arrangements with our clients including more traditional methods of construction procurement. Due to an extensive successful history spanning over two decades, we have tailored our contracting methods to meet client requirements. Should clients require a traditional arrangement where we work to a client brief, architect design, deliver the contract to set timescales, within budget and offer project aftercare as standard, we can accommodate your needs.
In addition to this, we would also be able to work closely with your Clerk of Works and other key contacts, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a seamless transition from concept to completion.
